Staff attentive & cooperative.
Bar too smokey and too many single female standing around.
During my stay at the Al Ain Palace Hotel Abu Dhabi. I had No Complaints. The price was right, the staff are excellent, Very Curious and Helpfull and the rooms are Very Nice, Clean and comfortable. I will certainly make The Al Ain Palace in Abu Dhabi, my Place to stay on my next visit to the uae.
If I had one complaint about the Al Ain Palace Abu Dhabi uae it would have to be the the Morning Buffet, all though it was very nice and I enjoyed it, I found that there was little or no variety or change from day to day, ( which maybe is a Not a Bad thing ), I would have also liked to see more light snack buffets offered through the day. Otherwise again No complaints from me , I thoughly enjoyed my stay at the Al Ain Palace in Abu Dhabi.
Excellent staff, always friendly, great location, great food & excellent value for money. The rooms are well stocked, large & the beds are very comfortable
No free Hotel parking avilable. Pay & display available but in the week this can become expensive.
The old design of the between rooms coredor as it makes you feel as you are in a 1960's hotel
The hotel is located in prime area of Abu Dhabi, with paid parking facility. Its a budget hotel.
Although my credit card was already charged for the stay, the hotel staff asked me to pay cash advance for any mini bar services. They also wanted to keep original IDs with them and this was never asked by another other hotel in Abu Dhabi. They took copy of my id and pre- authorization of my credit card on my insisting. I had requested a front view room but that was not considered. I felt the front desk staff has less faith in their guest. I will not stay there again. I had checked in at 09 P.M. (my flight arrived at 7 P.M.) and requested late check-out, this was extended to 3 P.M. however I had vacated before that time. Checkout staff was courteous and friendly.Bell-boy was good.
It was disgusting. Most of the staff from the reception need a refresher course in customer service. They are not that polite and efficient. Hotel policies are really inconvenient. They do not have this welcoming atmosphere because they are not friendly. Service is terrible. The only good thing about this hotel is that you could also access the amenities from the Royal Meridien Hotel. But I won't definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.
There is only one problem of the car parking... no car park belongs to the hotel, only public parking and always fullthanks
Front office staff were exceptionally cooperative when I had a problem with Internet connection. They were understanding and avaialble to help. I would like to thank them all especially the "Lady" Duty Manager.
Hotel was generally good
My bathroom had a shower unit which was quite small and restrictive, and the water got past the curtains and wet the floor making it slippery
I enjoyed during my stay there because there was total provacy in the hotel and neat and clean environment also.
The hotel was very good, high standard of cleanliness and the staff were friendly and helpful. Good locatiion and excellent price and value for money.
I am sorry to say that the English bar was full of "working girls" - I am very open minded to this and have no problem with girls who offer services of a personal nature; however they do not leave you alone - in the end I had to pretend I was gay and did not speak English just to get rid of them. This is on the hotel premises and I feel it could be addressed by management. It would put me off staying there again and if I had friends visiting from the UK I would not take them there.
Room was neat and clean. Also, the hotel has a great Restaurant facilities. Highly recommed this hotel for a great prices
When we check in the duty manager & the filipina receptionist were nice & accomodating.
It was our first time, the room was clean though small. Reception called us 10am just to remind us about the check out.(grrrr!!!). Upon check out, I hate the way they treated us they blame us for something broken in the mini bar which were empty when we came they kept us waited for nothing its good the other staff try to manage resolving the problem.
Room was clean, friendly staff,
the cost of the room was taken from my account before i had checked in, 500aed security deposit for each of the two rooms i had booked was actually taken from my account not blocked as is the ususal practice.
I did not like anything. From the moment I arrived, I felt uncomfortable given what I saw. I saw a man giving a serving girl his card. I later was treated badly by the staff of this hotel. On Friday May 20 I left my room at 1pm to go shopping and requested they get me a taxi or call one, firstly they were surprise and later told me that usually you just stand outside for one. My experience after my shopping trip was the most shocking of all. I walk to the elevator to go to my room, only to be stopped by a guy who asked where I was going to. I state my room, he did not believe me, and asked for my room number which gave to him. He still did not believe me and proceeded by embarrassing me, dragging me out of the elevator to the front desk, and when I did not obey him immediately, threaten me with calling the police, at this stage I was very upset and asked that he do what he like, I was too embarrassed to continue my stay in this establishment, as I believe they must harbour a lot of prostitute and I was treated as such. I decline to continue my stay in such environment and requested my property from my room and left the hotel, cancelling my stay there. Hotel such as this should not only learn how to treat customers period, but equitte of how to deal with difficulty situation, threating customers with eviction and later not apologise when found wrong is very poor on their part, no matter the quality or standard of such establish. Personal I feel violated after that experience and would never go back and kindly request a refund of my one night remaining stay there as they did not allow me to enjoy my holiday and I do not believe I should pay them for such bad treatment.
